This policy explains what personal data AMC Business Consulting LLC (“AMC”) processes through this website, for what purposes, with whom it is shared, how long it is kept and how you can exercise your rights.

2. Contact form
- Data: name, email, phone number (optional), country, the service you are interested in, your message and the date you accepted this policy.
- Purpose: to answer your inquiry. We do not use this data to send you marketing.
- How: the message is stored in the website database and sent by email to info@amcbusinessconsulting.com. We also send an acknowledgment to your email address.
- Abuse prevention: to limit the number of submissions, a one-way hash of your IP address is used for a short time and is not stored with your message.
- Retention: messages are automatically deleted from the database after 12 months. The copies that arrive by email in the info@amcbusinessconsulting.com mailbox are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and to meet AMC’s legal obligations, and are deleted periodically.
3. Annual IRS filing
- Data: the information in the service form. About the LLC: name, address, state and date of formation, EIN, business activity, assets and the amounts of transactions with the owner. About the owner: name, address, citizenship, country of residence, foreign tax identification number, ITIN or SSN if any, countries of business activity, email and phone number.
- Purpose: to prepare and file Form 5472 with pro forma Form 1120 with the IRS, to charge for the service and to communicate with you about your request.
- Encryption: while you complete the form, the information is kept in an encrypted session on the server. When you confirm, it is stored encrypted in the database. The website’s technical logs only contain the request reference, never your information.
- Third party that files: AMC shares the information with the third party engaged by AMC that prepares and files the forms with the IRS on behalf of the LLC, solely for that purpose. AMC acts as an intermediary and does not file anything in its own name. The filed forms are, naturally, received by the IRS.
- Payment: payment is made on Stripe’s page; Stripe acts as payment processor. AMC does not receive or store your card details. AMC sends Stripe the request reference and your email address, and asks Stripe whether the payment has been completed. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Emails: after payment, you receive an email with a summary of your information and AMC receives another at info@amcbusinessconsulting.com with the request details.
- Retention: paid requests are automatically deleted from the database after 12 months, and unpaid requests after 30 days. The copies that arrive by email in the info@amcbusinessconsulting.com mailbox are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet AMC’s legal obligations, and are deleted periodically. Stripe keeps payment data according to its own obligations.
4. WhatsApp, email and phone
WhatsApp is an optional channel. If you write to us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy, and AMC only uses your messages to reply to you. The website does not load anything from WhatsApp: the link only opens the conversation when you click it. If you email or call us, we only use your data to handle your inquiry.
5. Browsing and blog
The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not load third-party resources: fonts and images are served from the website itself. The blog is read-only: it has no comments or subscriptions and does not collect personal data. Like any website, the hosting server records technical data about visits (IP address, browser, page and date) for its operation and security. Cookies are explained in the Cookie Policy.
6. Legal basis
- Your consent, when you submit the contact form or write to us. You may withdraw it at any time.
- The performance of the service you order, for the annual IRS filing.
- AMC’s legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and preventing abuse.
- Compliance with AMC’s legal obligations.
7. Who we share data with
Only with those needed for the purposes above: the website and email hosting provider, the third party that files the forms with the IRS, the IRS, Stripe for payments and, if you use it, WhatsApp. Also where required by law. AMC does not sell your data or share it for advertising.
8. International transfers
AMC is located in the United States and your data is processed in the United States. If you write from another country, your data is transferred to the United States so that we can answer you or provide the service.
9. Security
The website only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The tax and personal information of the annual IRS filing is stored encrypted and access to the data is restricted to AMC. No system is completely secure, but we apply reasonable measures to protect your data.
10. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or request restriction of its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent by writing to info@amcbusinessconsulting.com. We may ask for information to verify your identity. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
11. Minors
The website and its services are intended for adults. AMC does not knowingly collect data from minors.

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its last updated date.
